Could I BE any more grateful?

Today I am grateful for Friends, the series, that still gets me through the low days, the days when I’m sick or the days when I’m just in need of a little comfort and familiarity.

Reframe. Today I am grateful for reframing. I have this single word framed on my wall. It’s also my wallpaper on my phone. It’s probably the main arrow in my coping skills quiver. Yes, the situation we all find ourselves…

Day 4: Memorandum

Dear patrons, We will be moving over to paper plates, plastic cups and setting up the Oros on tap with immediate effect. It has come to our attention that the pick-up-after-yourself rule is not being adhered to...

Say it. Don’t charade it.

I am grateful for my sassy, opinionated headstrong, confident caring bold and self assured 5 year old daughter. As much as I am teaching her and raising her, she is teaching me, and helping me grow through a different perspective.

Jump. Fall. Land.

Reaching the point where my body was trying to tell me what my heart and head already knew took a long time. But when I got there, it felt all consuming, as if all the cells in my body were vibrating and pushing me out of my comfort zone. I couldn’t breathe, I couldn’t think past that moment.

Mood. Tired. Tooth. Timings. Myth.

Yesterday I was a moody, short- tempered bitch. All the “little things” that don’t usually bug me, really annoyed me yesterday. But!!!!! But it was only a day. A brief blip in the bigger scheme of things.
